seen IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Volume Art Studios for the use of 3D assets created by Volume Art Studios. By using these assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use these assets.
GRANT OF LICENSE :
Volume Art Studios ("VAS") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our 3D assets under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. By purchasing and/or downloading our 3D assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. Please read the “How our license work”.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY :
Volume Art Studios retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the 3D assets, including any modifications made by you. You acknowledge that you do not own the 3D assets and that this EULA does not transfer ownership of the 3D assets to you.
RESTRICTIONS:
You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the 3D assets or any copy or modification of the 3D assets to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the 3D assets, or use any part of the 3D assets to create a competing product. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:
Volume Art Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the 3D assets, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Volume Art Studios (VAS) be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the VAS 3D assets, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if Volume Art Studios (VAS) has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
TRADEMARK AND PUBLICITY: You acknowledge and agree that Volume Art Studios (VAS) is the sole owner of all trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property related to the 3D assets licensed under this agreement. You agree not to use any of VAS's trademarks, trade names, logos, or other intellectual property without VAS's prior written consent. You further agree to cooperate with VAS in any efforts to protect its trademarks and intellectual property rights. ****You grant VAS the right to use your name, logo, and the fact that you have licensed VAS's 3D assets for promotional and marketing purposes. However, VAS agrees not to use your name or logo in any way that suggests an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between you and VAS, except as expressly permitted by you.
TERMINATION: This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Volume Art Studios (VAS) if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the VAS 3D assets and destroy all copies of the VAS 3D assets in your possession.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Volume Art Studios with respect to the use of the 3D assets, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Volume Art Studios with respect to the use of the 3D assets.

When you purchase one of our 3D asset packs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those assets in your commercial projects. The specific terms of the license will depend on the type of license you purchase.
Please note that before purchasing or using any VAS 3D assets from any marketplace, be sure to read the full license agreement. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our 3D assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
